Most health food or whole food stores carry it.
You just mix it with water, not really tastey But it gives you natural bulk and helps keep the right levels of liquid in you bowels. It also removes any old waste which helps keep the bowel healthy.

Metamucil is psyllium. You can get it at any grocery store or drug store.
