Surgery date Feb. 24

I just got my surgery date yesterday for Feb. 24th. It seems a long way off, but I know it will come quickly as there will be lots of preparation. I haven't posted on here very often, but I'm sure I will from here on out. I'm having an abdominal hysterectomy for endometriosis and painful heavy periods. Hopefully, I will keep at least one ovary. I'm now getting scared about having the surgery and recovering from it. I think DH wants me to cancel it. But I know I need to go ahead and get it done. I just order the guide book too so I'll have some reading to do.

mine is 2/15 and i cannot wait!!!! That is I just want to get it over with and recover!!! Keep reading everything you can. There is tons of info here. Remember each of us are different.
