have I overdone it?

Well up until today I was feeling great. I decided to go with.my husband to his hospital appointment. I took it real slow but noticed a pain which gradually got worse as the day went on. It feels kind of sore on the left side of wherethe iincision is and also in the middle higher uo. Have any of you ladies had this?

Tomorrow I will be doing as little as possible.

Re: have I overdone it?

Put your feet up and take something for swelling. It is perfectly normal! Take it easy tomorrow. I am 3.5 weeks and I find it is one or two very busy, very mobile days and one day hanging out watching tv. I don't call it over doing it, I think of it as my new body still adjusting.

have I overdone it?

Hello,
Are you feeling menstrual like cramps? I had my surgery on the first of march, today is the first time I'm feeling menstrual like cramps and I'm wondering if its normal? Today I kinda over exerted myself, couldn't take being in bed all day again but I'm regretting it now
Thank God my follow up appointment is tomorrow..

I hope you heal and get better soon❤
