TVH 3 weeks post hysterectomy

Hi ladies, I am coming up 3 weeks post op vaginal hysterectomy. I am experiencing funny sensations as though my organs are moving and twisting around in my lower abdominal area. Am still feeling discomfort and slowly sitting down and getting out of the chair. Still early days, wondering if anyone else experiencing these sensations. Op went well, feel tired, horrible back ache, still not got full sensation back when urinate. Taking things slowly around the house with plenty of rest. No signs of infection, but want to no what these rumbling moving sensations are. Any advice and similar stories great help.
