Don't rush running, i did fast walking until 6 weeks and then slowly go back, i didn't run alot then either...takes a while to get it back. I just did a half marathon last weekend and did it in 2:21, i felt wonderful..did the running with little walk breaks.

Adhesions!! No jogging! Be careful and gentle with those innards!

LOL! Really girls, there will be plenty time for jogging later, now is healing time.. you only get one chance to do it right! >wink<

Glad to hear that you are doing half marathons. I did one right before my myomectomy and one was already scheduled the Saturday after my surgery, I had to cancel. But I am walking again and hope to be ready to do one in another couple of months. I actually had signed up for the Goofy Challenge at Disney in Jan 2013.
