painful sex

is it normal to have painful sex the first time? its not a real bad pain ,,, it kinda feels like hes rubbin a tender spot in there every time he goes in

I felt the same way we used a LOT of KY and even more the next time. It wasn't as aggravating the second time so I'm hoping it will get more comfortable as time goes on.

I never had pain there. However, I do still, sometimes have achiness in my stomach area after sex. It is improving though and soon I am sure it will back to normal.

Its been a year for me since we have had sex, and I am scared to death of the pain. I had painful sex before, now I am just afraid of the sx pain? Should I just take a pain pill before and drink a little, LOL, and use a lot of KY jelly, or what? Any suggestions? Toni

OK now we had to endure it, SO you do too. No pain pills, maybe a little after dinner wine then go for it.....How wonderful it is to have the love of your life back in your life. Pain free. I was so very nervous so was he. Take it slow, I had a little spotting the next day. My incision is still a little tender so we have to be careful with that. Good luck and enjoy

hi, I actully had the same questions on monday I was givin the go ahead I had a LAVH/BSO. I just know how bad it hurt before not like i really ever told him and now i'm just scared that when we finally do it won't be the same or it will hurt like crazy. I kind of wish I didn't tell him that we were cleared for take off.

I was cleared for sex on Tuesday. Well, we did the deed last night! It was great!! Used lots of astroglide and patience! LOL I was so scared but there was no pain, no bleeding or spotting and 'o' was terrific. Hubby said that it didn't feel any different, and it didn't for me either. My belly was a bit tender after, but that will go away I'm sure. I'm looking forward to another 'fun filled' evening tonight!
