Back pain
Took a couple if steps back today  Woke 6am with horrible pain in upper back and distorted breathing. Struggled even with help from my partner to get out of bed. Once up took codeine for the pain and pottered about for a little while, then settled down on the sofa for a couple of hours. Took it easy for rest of day, although no naps. Hoping for a better night myself and for my sisters. Nite nite
