Can I talk about pain?

Txlynn, I'm sorry to hear you are having so much pain. The last few months before my surgery I was in awful pain. I went to the movies with friends, male and female, and I was laying in the fetal position on the extra large chair (size of a double chair) I got over being embarrassed as I'd been going through this for a while. I could keep it to myself for a long time, but finally the last two months of pain were killers.

I sincerely suggest you call your doctor. Describe what is happening. H/she may suggest something or decide on an earlier surgery date.

Blessings and prayers,
TC

Can I talk about pain?

Txlynn,

I feel your pain....LITERALLY....as I sit here after taking a vicoden, heating pad on and sweat forming on my brow. I started my LAST period I will ever have today, thank goodness! My surgery is the 18th and I was supposed to be having my period then but you know how it is, you can never count on them to be regular.

As for your last post about the meaty, tissue looking things I have had that before and just assumed it was normal. I have had blood clots pass since I was in my teens and never once thought that wasn't normal. I have no clue what it is from but after our surgery I guess neither of us will have to worry about that again. I am assuming that it won't harm you cause nothing ever happened to me after I passed them. If you find out anything from your doctor post it on here and I will keep tabs on it to see what he says. I hope the pain eases soon and you get to have surgery ASAP!

Can I talk about pain?

I hope this will be my last period! I beg of God to help
it be...

I am so grateful to have found this site. Words can't
express it.

I'm about to get ready to go to work but wanted to
see if I had any new posts before I left.
The thing about the pieces of muscle coming out
really had me worried.
I can't wait until tommorow afternoon when I can
call about how my file is coming along as far as
the surgery. maybe/ hopefully I'll have a date set by
the end of the week.
