Nesting Anyone?

I have been going like a mad woman trying to get all my "Lists" done. My husband, as he was changing the belt on the vaccuum that I fried, said that I am nesting. He is so right! I remember feeling this same way before delivering!

I really believe that all these tasky things are keeping my mind off the scary thoughts that keep creeping in!

One week from today I will be out of surgery. Can't wait, but can wait on the other hand...

I did the whole nesting thing before my surgery. It's been almost 7 months since my surgery and I feel great. Recovery was way easier than I thought it would be. One plus was how prepared I was. Thanks to the sisters on here.

You're a week ahead of me, JustJodie. I keep adding things to my list that I won't be able to do afterwards for a while, mostly yard projects and fall clean-up. I know as it gets closer I'll attack the house and give it a thorough cleaning before surgery. It helps take my mind off what's coming and passes the time. I'll have plenty of time to rest during recovery. Best to you with your surgery and recovery.
