What do you take for the pain?

I know I am going to feel like an idiot after you tell me, but what does "AF" stand for? (I am relatively new to the computer, and not very hip on the slang yet.) Thanks in advance!

I take Naproxin for my pelvic pain. It works much better for me than the demerol and viccadin.
