Constant inflamation vaginal area

I am at my wits end. I have had this constant clear discharge and inflammation in my vaginal area for a long, long time now. I have had some biopsies, I have had tests for infections, everything comes out clear. But the problem persists. It is very uncomfortable. My doctor suggests I am using something that is irritating or it may be from stress. How can something I am using irritate the inside when I am not using anything for the inside? I don't know what my next step is because I have been dismissed as nothing is wrong ,yet it clearly feels like something. The uncomfortableness of it all is driving me crazy as it is constant. Every time I go for a checkup I have an inflammation but no infection. No treatment is offered for it. I am at a loss. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Constant inflamation vaginal area

What's an estring? I have the same issue. In fact, this is the 2nd flare up. First time I ended up in the ER - turned out, I had a hemotoma 5x5cm behind my vaginal cuff - now that I am 10 weeks post op, haven't dared trying things out in the sex department nor do I use anything new (soap, toilet tissue etc), I am really wondering what the cause is :-(

Re: Constant inflamation vaginal area

Estring is a vaginal estrogen that is in the form of a ring. It is placed inside the vagina and changed every three months. I have been using it for about three years. I tried other vaginal estrogens and this is the only one that relieved my symptoms.
