4 Months Post Op

Hi All

I haven't been around lately, things have been pretty busy.
I've recovered pretty well. I've lost 26 lbs, and, walked/jogged my first 5K this past Saturday.
Things are pretty good in the bedroom...I have recovered quite well, and, feel better than I have felt in years.
That said, today, is the first time that I have noticed PMS since my surgery, and, it's not pretty. I think that the people in KS and MO are all probably cowering in fear. I even went off on some folks on a facebook page that I co admin. I did go back, delete my response, apologize, and, couch my words in a much nicer way.

I hope you all are well!!!

Re: 4 Months Post Op

I had been diagnosed with IBS some time back, and, had a horrible bout in June.
It was suggested that I try gluten free, and, it has really helped. That, and, cutting out soda, and, working out on the tread climber every other day. This morning, I finally got up to 35 minutes at 3mph.

Re: 4 Months Post Op

That is amazing!!! And I know exactly what you mean about PMS now that I dont have the other symptoms in kind of blindsided me (as well as everyone else) hehe. But like you I did apologize for my bad behavior and will now be more concious of it. It took quite a while to feel it again not that I'm complaining. Hope you continue to do great ♡
