Cramps and painful sex after 4 months?

Hi ladies, a couple of questions. I had my laprscpc hysto April 16, took uter and cervix, but kept ovaries. I have occasional period cramps, and diff cramps as if something is pulling , where my cervix used to be, very painful, however no bleeding. Also, the sex thing isnt working out like I thought it would, have alot of pain, at the top where my crvix used to be, if it's touched during sex, it's extremely painful. I did have an infection in internal stitches at my 4 week post-op dr visit, but that was in May. Any suggestions at all? Not sure if I should go back to Dr or not?

My husband and I have not been able to have sex yet so not sure about the painful sex part but with the cramping and pain I would def. calling the Dr. to see what they think.
