16 weeks ended up in ER

I have been having a difficult time with pain it became sever and went in I have a 2 inch cyst on right ovary I keep. They were concerned it was twisted but after 30 mins they found blood flow so have to see my GYN to keep an eye on it. Still very uncomfortable this is going to sound strange but I'm so glad they found something. I haven't felt well and have had a slow healing process. If I have any advice ladies if u feel something's wrong go see ur doctor. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm so worried that I might lose ovary due to size they said 50% of the time they will resolve on there own when they become over 6 cm? Just wanted to update those that have been so helpful through this. Thank u sisters for all ur support.

Have no worries please. I have cysts before and they have always resolved on their own. Its good to be educated but don't go for worse case scenrio automatically. I don't kno what will happen in your case cause we are all different but I wouldn't be too upset. You know what it is now you know how to procede. Is this hysterectomy related? Ill say a prayer for you.

Re: 16 weeks ended up in ER

Having PCOS I can tell you I've had many, many cysts on my ovaries. Really large, really small and everything in between. Even had some rupture, now that was a party! They have meds that can help resolve them without surgery so put your mind at ease. Everyone is different so remain open minded but I'm sure it'll be fine. I don't have ovaries anymore and I can't tell you how thankful I am for that decision! Lol.
