Anyone Else Always Cold

I have ALWAYS been "the cold one" of the family! As a matter of fact, I was GLAD when menapause hit - it was the first time I was warm! I sometimes do jumping jacks a 1/2 hour before I got to bed as it causes the hot flashes to come quickly. Then into bed toasty and warm.

I always dread winter. Those cold wet days make me ache. Glad for spring.

This is me too, but only for about the last 3 yrs.

3yrs ago I lost just over 50lbs and it seems as if I've been cold ever since.

Someone suggested I should get my thyroid checked.

I always thought I was the only one that was cold all the time. Everyone I know is always hot, we live in Florida and I am the only one still wearing a sweater to work everyday,and still sleeping with the heated matress cover everynight, and constantly asking "why are we turing the air on" !!! I am not anemic but my dr has suggested it may be realted. WEll, here's hoping surgery will cure this too!!! I would love to be warm natured for a change.
