Also, if you go to the Hystersister Store you can find the abnostrain device that can help you get out of bed.

The nurse at the hospital told me that rocking in a rocking chair is helpful for BM's. The general rule is to only sit there for a few minutes, if nothing happens, get up and walk around, rock, etc until you really feel like you need to go. Then try again. Keep letting gravity help you out.

I have seen some ladies on here that didn't have one until 5 days or so after surgery.

Remember you are a now. Let your loved ones pamper you.
