5 week recovery. feels like im going backwards.

Last week I felt like I was getting back to normal but the past few days I have felt more sore, where its hard to stand straight up again, and today I saw that I spotted a little "old blood". Is this normal?

It is very normal. As we heal, we tend to overdo it and then you hurt again. So you have to be careful as you heal so that you don't overdo it. As long as you aren't bleeding a lot then you are fine. I would try to take it a little easy over the next few days and see if that helps

that was my last week, i was 7 weeks but felt like i did at 5 weeks. I agree with Zenyatta

I too feel as though I was better and now not so good...last week I lifted something too heavy and i paid for it dearly...now pain is not so severe but I am still not better and I wake up feeling pain and heaviness in my chest...and some mild pain and tugging in my pelvic area which comes and goes...?!?!?

I don't know what to think---I keep calling my doctor...they are going to bug out on me! but I don't care....they have to fix me!!

I heard and read somewhere that the 3rd and 5th weeks are harder on us...guessing that we begin feeling better and do more then we should....
I refuse to have anything else go wrong so I am doing almost nothig til I'm released....

Oh that is me this week and this is my 6th week. My last doctor visit was Tuesday they told me I did too much last week. I am spending this week doing nothing since I go back to wrk on Monday. It's a horrible feeling.

Tonite I felt a pop inside and I'm not sure what it was. It hurts but not excrutiating. I was having some tummy trouble and while I was in the bathroom is when I felt the pop. I'm afraid maybe it was a stitch but no blood. Anyone have any insight?
