UFE update

Hi everyone I said I would try to check in and update as the months go by I am now 2 months and a week post UFE my spotting finally stopped after a month and a half.

I think I finally had a my period a week ago it lasted one day it was extremly light bleeding for like two hours I notices it wore a lite flow pad then change to a pantyliner at night spotted rarely for two more days then nothing.

I'm now starting to get a the black to brown to gray discharge the IR doctor told me I would get as the fibroid is all soft and starting to shrink and die off it is a very light amount every once in a while most days nothing just maybe when I wipe it comes and goes.

All my frequent urination symtoms are completly gone though a side effect I did not expect is some pain that comes and goes in the labia and lower pelvis it is more noticeable when I am sitting for longer periods. Hopefully it is just a symtom of the fibroids shrinking. I have also had what I think may be hormonal changes from this proceedure I get hot then cold it wakes me up at night so much so that I have taken advil pm to get to sleep and I am now considering seeing my family doctor for something to help me get some rest. I can put up with this compared to the heavy flooding I had been suffering from for months. I recomend this to anyone. I want to say I did not have the normal response afterwards that most women have all women react differently this proceedure is different for everyone so expect the unexpected the IR said it is different for every woman they only give a generic baseline as to what should happen but many of us women fall somewhere above or below that baseline. I have my MRI at the end of June and I will post if these darn fibroids are shrinking or not. I also had a fibroid removed surgically from inside my bladder so I guess I will find out if that came back or not too. God I hope not
