TVH: Ok. Pain control now

Ok. So I was told to stop taking ibuprofen a week before going to the castle. What besides hot packs is there? I started cramping big time last night again. What can I do at home not including herbs and meds?

Ask if you can take tylenol. My dr. said no ibuprofen or aleve but tylenol was ok.

I used my heating pad a lot.

Will your doctor give you some pain pills that aren't NSAIDs? Usually it's only those that they don't want you to take.

Waiting for my doc to call. Just got a call from my doc I am to take Extra strength Tylenol ONLY. I am to stop all herbs,ect. until further notice.
