Ovaries: Removed both

Pain? Stitches?
Hi everyone, I had a TAH on 1/3/13. Today, I have had twinges of pain on the right side. Do the stitches hurt when they disolve? The more I've been up today, the more twinges of pain I've had.
Anyone else have these issues?

My doctor told me it can take weeks or even months for nerves to settle down. Do you think it might be nerves that were disturbed during surgery? Or perhaps nerves that were smashed by fibroids, and can now expand.
