Read your medical reports!

Ladies make sure you read your reports. Mistakes happen. I just read my pathology report and it gave a measurement of my left ovary. My ovary was not removed! After giving a description of my right fallopian tube, it went on for a description of my left ovary which should have read left fallopian tube. Now, either the doctor transcribed ovary and the typist didn't catch the mistake or it was typed completely wrong. Either way, mistakes happen, be sure to be your own medical advocate.
