Preop today...Thursday it's ..nervous?!?

I had my preop this morning and I never have a problem getting blood drawn. Well guess what....the nurse was in my vein but there was no blood to be found. After several attempts at jabing my arm...I told her maybe we should use the other arm. She said it's probably just the fact that you are nervous.....lol....you think?

I managed to lose my receipt for my hospital deposit from the door to my car which was parked very close to the building....I would say...I'm losing it. When I had to list my surgeries today, I decided to count them...well, guess what...this will be #13...yuck! I really believe that God has a since of humor. Maybe #13 will just be my lucky number....it will be the one that takes away the pain and gives me life back (quoting some things other's have told me about TAH). Please keep me in your thoughts...you will be in mine.
