6 Weeks Post-Hysterectomy Discharge & Release For Swimming Pool

Hi ladies!!!

I stopped spotting for a week now. I woke up this morning with a brownish color discharge on my panty liner (No Foul Odor) I see nothing when I wipe. My 6 weeks post-op visit is tomorrow. I'm aware from reading other posts and from what my surgeon told me before my TVH/BSO that spotting is normal for 6-8 weeks after. Has anyone else had the spotting stop for a week then start back up?

I really hope I'm released to take baths or get in the swimming pool tomorrow. We are going to the beach this weekend for a week and I really don't want to be stuck watching all my family in the pool. I think walking in the pool would be less stressful on my body. When were you allowed to take Baths or Get In The Swimming Pool, Lake,Ocean?

Thank you....⛵️☀️🌴
