Home is a wonderful place

I had my TAH on monday. I was able to come home yesterday afternoon. They took really good care of my. The only problem that I have is a small fever that keeps coming back if I do to much. Off to bed to rest. I wanted to thank everyine for there wonderful advice.

I ran a slight fever a few days postop too, and doc said it was probably from my lungs trying to recover from the anesthesia. I made sure I used the little breathing device faithfully at least a few times a day for the first week home. Make sure you use it, and take good deep breaths!

I am very bruised all over my belly. My scar has alreadyed turned green and purpler. I have had 2 c-sections teh revocery so far has been quite the same except that I am 100 times more tired. I get up in the morning and have energy by 11 am I am tired for the rest of the day. I have been told this will pass. It is not as bad as i thought it would be. I think the imaging what it was going to be was the worst part.
