4 months post hysterectomy still having pain

My surgery was January 21st 2016 and I had an abdominal procedure and kept both ovaries.However,I am still having pelvic floor spasm-ing and spasms from my bladder..I can't even take walks without feeling a sharp pain inside, also my back is hurting constantly! .Dr says back pain is caused from too much pain medication before due to large fibroids and since my procedure because of the reasons listed above..She also gave me some premarin cream for the bladder issues and says I may benefit from a pessary if the cream doesn't work..the pelvic floor spasm-ing/sharp pain is the worst,apparently because I have had 5 children vaginally..Has anyone else experienced any of these types of issues and if so how long did they last and what helped??.thanks in advance.

OHHH Girl!! I know that pain. I had my surgery in December 2015. My spasm in my pelvic floor came after having sex and stay for a weeks off and on.
My abdominal pain stayed for 5 month. I was given 2 different meds and nothing happen. I was told if that don't help, "come see me in two week" I told myself stop relying on pain pills and push through. That was a month ago, I still take something only when needed.

I believe you when you say you are in pain, and that pain is no joke.

Get the help you need to feel better.
