surgery scheduled on 7/19

I'm scheduled for a partial hysterectomy on 7/19, and I am a nervous wreck! I woluld really like to chat with others who have had this surgery, I have so many questions because I've read and heard so many conflicting statements. Anyone who could chat I would be forever grateful!

I'm scheduled for Monday 7-19 too. I think it helps to read, read, read, and make up your mind to try your best to keep a positive attitude about it. I'm certainly *trying* to!

I had a TAH on 7-7 and can now say, from experience, that the waiting is by far the worst! I am now well into my recovery and feeling better. I am still a bit sore, more so at night, but nothing to fret over. Feel free to PM me if you would like. I am more than willing to help in any way that I can.
