has anyone noticed pain post op

I am five months post op TAH and right ovary and cervix removed. Every time I think I am totally back to normal and get back into lite exercise I feel slight pain and discomfort on the side with no ovary. Last week I felt totally energetic and with summer approaching thought I'll start walking and maybe take a fitness class. I've spend the last two days in bed, so much internal pain, almost like pre-op. I'm so depressed, the weight is ballooning because I can't exercise, and because I feel depressed I tend to spend more time in the cupboard. I know it can take up to a year but WHY the pain? Is this normal?

I am sorry to hear you are going through pain again, I would suggest calling your doc. If the pain is so bad you are in bed, please please make the call and let them know what is going on!!!
