Nurses...when did you go back to work after hysterectomy??

Hopefully I've gotten to the right board...sorry if not, I'm still figuring this out...if any nurses, how long before you went back to work

I'm a nurse & work in a very busy ICU. I went back after 7 weeks post op. I was told @ my 6 week appointment that I could go back to work. However with the restriction of not lifting anything heavier than 10lbs I asked for one more week. At 4 weeks post op I started walking everyday & after my 6 week check up, started back @ the gym. I scheduled myself to start back on the weekend as we tend not to be as busy. My work colleagues were super nice & helpful, it went really well although I remember being tired @ the end of my shift. Thx. I am going back at week 3...I had lap with taking uterus and tubes....not sure of letters I work at a ltach and supervise 8 nurses. The only thing is I run the codes, etc...just won't be able to run to them or do compressions but I too work w some great ppl. Worried about the 12 hours
