A month later, sever vagina pain, and slight blood!

Hi all! It's been a couple weeks since I have been on this site...have some concerns and was hoping you ladies could set my mind at ease....I'm a month out from a hysterectomy, been feeling great, stitches have still not dissolved, waiting patiently Neways today I have been experiencing sharp pain inside my vagina...didn't think anything of it, and recently I went to the bathroom and wiped myself and slight pinkish blood was on the toilet paper...by slight I mean you could barely see it, nothing extreme...I figured since I'm a month out, I'm in the clear...is this anything I should worry about? My mom insists I go to the ER LOL...but I'm not one to rush into anything...the pain is not constant, here and there....is this normal, am I still healing inside?

When in doubt call your doctor.

It could be healing or it could be something that needs treatment.

I agree with the other (((sister))). Any time you experience "new pain" it is time to put in a call to the .

If you continue to worsen, get to the ER. Please let us know what the doctors say, OK?

Re: A month later, sever vagina pain, and slight blood!

Sad to say, but the more active you are there is a chance that you could bleed more. I was told the same thing that bleeding may last a while off and on. It's just a little startling sometimes. I was doing good and then today it happened to me. We are all still in the healing process.
