12 weeks post op issues

Hey guys,
For those of you who just had the surgery; hang in there it does get better, I am almost 12 weeks post op from a TAH but I did want to check in with everyone else who is a little further out to see if I am weird.
I was raking this weekend and felt a sharp pain at the side of my incision. The pain lasted all day. I am also experiencing daily headaches, pain to touch in my neck and face, and anxiety depression.
I know a large part of this is that I have a very demanding job and while I was off work for the surgery my entire staff did NOTHING but get mad at each other.
Please let me know if you have any insight. I feel like a bother to call my doctor if this is all normal or just stress related.

I am further along than you, and still achy inside. If I do 'too much' my belly swells up, and aches. I can do normal things like raking, but just not much of it. It sounds, too, like your hormones are a little off balance. Your feelings are similar to mine! A friend told me yesterday that when you start feeling grouchy, that means you're feeling better! I am grouchy!
