TVH exersise to soon

Hello all! I am 7 weeks out from a TVH /BSO , TVT and cystocele reapair. I have been feeling good so on my walk last night I thought I would give jogging a try. So I guess I jogged half a mile or so and it felt great, no leaking!! But an hour later I don't feel that great, pressure and some mild cramping. Is this normal? Am I just really out of shape!? Still cramping this morning also,mild but still concerning.

If you were not given clearance to exercise yet, you should limit your activity. Elevated heart rate can impact healing. Please call your Dr if it has been 24 hours and you're still cramping. It may be ok; but the peace of mind will help.

Thanks for the advice Aileen, I agree with what you said. I guess I was anxious to see if the surgery worked,but not worth it if I mess it up at this point!
