Pitty Party

I feel like my body is betraying me. For the past seven years I've had nothing but medical problems. I've had surgery on both of my feet (two years apart) for plantar faciitis; my thyroid went into overdrive and I had to have radiation to kill it; my uterus went wacko with non-stop bleeding for over 100 days causing me to have a hysterectomy and now I'm having problems with incontinence. The meds my doctor gave me to help with the incontinence bound me up so bad I had to come off them. They were starting to help too. Figures! I know there are those that are much worse off than me and I should feel proud that through this all I got my college degree but none of that seems to matter right now. I guess I just need a shoulder to cry on. I'm very glad that we are all here for each other.

Hugz Sally...soooo sorry you're having to go thru all this! Hopefully the DR can get you to at LEAST a happy medium to where you're not in so much pain with BM's.
Do they have you on Fiber and lotsa water?
I hope that you feel better soon. I know when my bowels were messed up..I was more miserable..ick.

Wow you got your college degree while going through all that! That is amazing - Good job! See you should be very proud of yourself! I understand a bit about your other problem - if it isn't one thing its the next. I was just sitting (indian style) on my bed the other day and sneezed! Not only did it hurt, but I peed my bed! And my DH was there! How embarrassing! What we women go through, heh. You take care and try to have a positive attitude, and hopefully your meds and body will meet somewhere in the middle.
