Shoulder gas pains - 13 days after lap hysterectomy surgery?

I am 13 days post op. It has been an ok recovery. Sore but not unbearable. I have only taken 800mg Motrin since coming home.
This afternoon I have had incredible left shoulder pain. When I take a deep breath I get a sharp pain on my lower left side. Can it be gas pains - 13 days post-op?

Its prob gas.. Are u doing light walking .. I had the same exact but mine was the first night I came home they gave me gas x script didn't help at all.. But the walking helped it was gone by the 3rd night.. So I think the lite walking helped a lot got the gas out...

I actually went back to work - day 11 post op. I have been up and walking quite a bit. Woke up this morning and still have the pain in my lower left back - bottom of rib cage. A deep breath causes left side chest and abdomen pain.

Calling my PCP this morning.

Gl hope it all works out.... I know the pain I was living off my Ashima pump thinking that would also help...
