Anyone have a water bed?

I'm planning on sleeping on the couch for a few nights when I get home. I did this after I had the C-section, when DH got up in the morning I would go crawl in the water bed. I only got in it when I knew I had someone to help me out of it. LOL

Val.

It may not be necessary for you to sleep on the couch or a waterbed. I slept in my regular bed (on the second floor of my house) with my doctor's blessing.

water bed

I am post op 1 week 3 days .... and we have a water bed and I wouldn't think of even trying to get into it. After sleeping on the couch and airbed mattress (do not get one of those that is raised off the floor, I woke up like a pretzel in the middle of the night) we got just a regular queen size airbed. After one night of getting up and down off of floor I knew that wasn't going to work so we put the airbed on top of our waterbed. Wish I would have thought about that before as that has worked out GREAT!

The bed we sleep in is a water bed, that's why I'll do the couch for a bit.

Anyone have a water bed?

Hi, I too have a waterbed. I did just fine. I was able to get into it and out of it all by myself. I remember the first time I crawled into it post op... it was heaven!!!! I was able to sleep just fine with hubby next to me.
Good luck to you.
