I think it's official my Right ovary is a dud from Hysterectomy!

I was so hopeful so many times that my Right ovary would kick in. In fact I felt a twinge of pain one evening a couple weeks ago. I don't think it has unfortunately. I think It's time to go back to the Obgyn for a hormone panel. My night sweats are overwhelming and the hot flashes are really bad! I can't take estrogen however because of a strong history of Breast Cancer in the family.

I think I shouldn't bother the Obgyn though. I also have things going on with my Thyroid. I'm having a nodule Biopsied in July.

Yuk!

At least my moods are still good!

Does this get easier if my ovary is a dud now?

It took me roughly two months for my apparently health ovaries to do what they were supposed to do. If you have a check up scheduled, request a panel, but sometimes it takes a while.
