moodiness

Hi Ladies -

The edginess has gone and I am fine again. I am still feeling the heat however, but over here it is so hot! Today is a holiday (we have over 16 holidays a year!) so that means I have a day to rest up. My doc has said we shall tackle the hormone story in August. As for the Dh and I, we still have to wait another two weeks and he swears that is why I was so moody!

I have been taking a two hour siesta each day - leaving work to come home and rest up! this seems to work fine. All well here although you can sense through this weather that the hurricane season will be early and very intense! Bye for now....

Treese - you are very lucky to have mild menopausal effects. Even on this thing I still feel the heart palpitations and crawly skin - not often but it comes and goes! It looks that I may have to stay awhile on this stuff. Trini2
