TVH Almost 5 weeks and achy tummy past two days

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is recovering well.
I will be 5 weeks post op tomorrow , the past two days I have been extremely achy in the tummy, there is a slight discomfort when I have a bm, not sure if this has contributed to the ache, but maybe I have overdone it? Also very teary today( I still have my ovaries) so I'm guessing its not hormonal. I am a little worried as I have been feeling pretty good. Spotting has just about stopped.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Xx

It could be that you have simply overdone it. I am 5 1/2 weeks out and I find that if I have done to much the day before I am uncomfortable the next day. If you can try to do nothing but lay and rest a good portion of the day. And keep it to very light activity, when you are up. If you don't feel any better the following day call your doctor. I ended up back in the hospital with severe gastritis at 4 1/2 weeks so don't dismiss your symptoms and think you are to far pats surgery to have complications! Good luck!

Maybe you're at "that" time in your cycle? My doc told me that since I'm keeping my ovaries, he got to keep the bleeding & dysplasia and I got to keep the PMS and libido.
