pain in ovary and discharge 8 weeks post op

hello everyone,
i had my hysterectomy on 25th nov so i am now 8 weeks post op ( had cervix and womb removed only), in this last week i have been getting such awful pain in my right side ovary and i also have a huge pain up my vagina which feels like i am been pulled apart and causing me awful stomach cramps and i am also losing a watery discharge which is sometimes streaked with blood,too much info coming up but,,, sometimes the discharge is so bad its like i have wet myself
i have spoken to the ward and they let me speak to a registrar and he said i need to be seen in emergency gyney clinic tomorrow,
but just wondered if this is normal or if anyone else is going throught the same as i am really worried and scared

Some discharge can be a normal part of healing. However, I would advise you to follow the instructions of the registrar and be seen in the emergency GYN clinic.
