newbie needs help: crazy lower back pain & more...

Hi I have been through many test to try to figure what ia wrong with my body. I have 3 young kids and I am terrified. It started with pain that almost made me pass out. They thought it was digestive so off to the GI. I found out through a horrific colonoscopy that I have a stricture inmy decending colon. XRAYS, 2 vaginal ultrasounds and an CAT scan later I now have a inhomogenous uterus with mymetrial csyts suspecting admenoysis(spelling?)I have crazy lower back pain and hip pain and it often feel like there is pressure similar to late stage childbirth. Its hard to continue everyday like this. Has anyone else had same problems? I was just put back on the pill and had an MRI as well....any suggestions?
