TAH 6 1/2 weeks post op check-up visit

Well I had my check up today and I can't have sex until 2 more wks from now! Yayyyyy! Scared anyway after reading all of these posts. I can work, which is a good thing! Bad news, had to go to the lab for a u/a because it hurts when I pee! Geesh Louise!!!!!! When will it ever stop???

My doc restricted sex till 9 weeks, warned me at very first consultation. Don't have to tell me twice, would rather wait than have a blowout

I was told 8 weeks but will only have Sex again when I feel up to it, so far that is the last thing on my mind.
5 Weeks post op TAH/BSO.

I was given an 8 week sentence as well...Just past 6 weeks, and am so excited/nervous for 8 to get here! My hubby has been quite a trooper, so I am hoping when the time gets here it will be amazing....hope your pee problem gets better fast!

8 weeks for me as well.

Hope your pee problem goes away quickly!

I hope I get the same 2 week extension on my restrictions ! I'm at 5 weeks, so only 1 more week to go until my 6-week check-up. I'm so sore, so very very sore. I can bend, and my V feels like it's on fire at times. Hubby is convinced that he will get his way in 6 more days. I can't even imagine doing that right now, and hubby's not the type to believe me when I say I'm hurting (he will think it's just an excuse), so I'm praying that the doctor will see something that is causing my discomfort and give me more time to heal.
