Work...Stress... Sleep (NOT)

I'm officially back to work full time and walked into a nest of office politics. I had just started getting back to normal with my sleep patterns... now I'm so stressed out that I can't sleep at all! Life is so unfair sometimes!

Work...Stress... Sleep (NOT)

Hi Pauline. I had the same issue when I went back to work. Frustrating isn't it? I'm sorry it's happening to you. I finally went to see my doctor and told him if I didn't get some sleep someone was going to get hurt! I meant that funny however I truly was concerned about driving early in the am feeling sooooo tired. Anyway, he did give me something and oh I felt like a new me. Don't let it go on to long in my opinion. I think it's hard to heal when your exhausted. Best wishes.

Work...Stress... Sleep (NOT)

I had problems with insomnia until I was about 6 months post op. I took tylenol PM for the first two months and then my doctor prescribed Ambien, it was a lifesaver to not feel like a zombie at work. I would let your doctor know and see what he/she recommends. Good Luck!
