Feeling really impatient with the healing process!!!

Today I'm feeling really really impatient with the healing process. I am feeling a tightness around and under the 2" horizontal bikini line incision and like my entire groin hurts all the way to the incision line....and above it...and around it...and under it where my ¥ uterus used to be as if every nerve in the entire area came alive all at once. Like it's one big pulled muscle. It also feels like the pubic hair growing in hurts! I can't tell if it's itchy or like lots of teeny little knives are poking up through my skin. Also the incision makes the fat on my abdomen puff out and it feels weird and I'm tired of spotting and wearing pantiliners too!!! Ok rant over.

I am so sorry that you are having a bad day but eventually, you will get over this and your body will heal. Unfortunately, this takes a long time. Keeping your mind busy might help.

Also I wonder if gentle massage might help your tummy feel better. As to the roll, mine did go away at about 8 months. (Yikes, this was probably not what you wanted to hear. Sorry!) Ice might help the itching.
