4 days post hysterectomy: Fluid in abdomen

Hello everyone so I am finally home from the hospital after having my abdominal hysterctomy on weds I stayed in the hospital 4 days since i couldnt pass gas. I finally came home today and I find it rather difficult to move around and I get shortness of breath from just going to use the restroom. On my last night in the hospital I had a ctscan done and found out that I have some fluid in my abdomen does anyone know what this could mean all my dr said was that he wants me to follow up with him tuesday to get another one done to say im nervous is a understatement so any insight would help thanks ladies
