I just can't do "it"!!!!

I tried, I really have. I just can't do it - I am scared to death. God love my husband, I think it's been so long my husband was so happy just to be "there" it wouldn't have made a difference. It's been 5 weeks post - haven't been in any pain since basically I got home - and I had a vaginal hyster back on the July 10th.

Bottom line - I am so freaked out about going back to "relations" I am beside myself.

Any advice????

Hi Heatheranne Hear you loud and clear, it took me 5 months before I could have "S" with my husband and we still had to take it easy. You have 100's of stitches and you need to heal physically and mentally You need to follow your drs instructions and then pace yourself. Using a lubricant definitely helps. I am over 6 months now and can say that we are pretty well back to normal.

Don't feel bad, I haven't been able to either. Haven't even attempted to try. Hubby doesn't seem interested anyway. So needless to say I'm kind of depressed about it.

I'm scared to try to "seduce him" and then have me back out. He's afraid of injuring me. So we both just don't do anything.

Blah. Sorry I don't have any advice, I just wanted to let you know you're not alone.

I didn't try until almost 7 weeks and was worried about what it would be like and so nervous! Would it hurt? I was surprised and pleased to find that it didn't hurt and was as much fun as before.
