Moist Heat FYI

Hi all,
My nurse who is amazing, called with a tip today. I thought I would pass it on and hope it helps.
She recommended I get a moist heat heating pad. I found one by (sunbeam) at Walmart. Not too expensive... It has a pad inside that you can moisten.
My nurse said to put this moist heat on any part of my body where I may experience gas pain. She said the moisture and heat will draw out the gas from under the skin...
Has anyone else tried this? I am thankful for this tip... Wishing the best to all! 💜
