Tommorrows the day and my hearts in the pit of my stomach

Hello you beautiful ladies,
Thank the Lord for this site and all the wonderful people. I just got back yesterday from my father-in-laws funeral in Iowa. I was able to see all 8 of my childeren together at one time and it was for the first time in 12 years. What a gift the Lord gave me before my surgery. So now I sit on pins and needles this morning the day before my surgery , waiting to see if the Drs office calls to cancell me. They had warned me this could happen due to my Drs brother-in-law who is dieing of cancer. I'm shaking , got chills, and my heart is in the pit of my stomach. Keep me in your prayers .

I'm so sorry about your father-in-law. It must be very hard for you right now, but what a wonderful thing to have all your children together at one time, even though it was for this sad occasion.

I'm praying that your surgery won't have to be postponed, but at least if it is, you will have had some forewarning and will understand why.

Please try to rest and relax as much as you can today. It's been said many times, but it's true, the waiting part really is the worst for most people.

We'll be waiting to hear from you after it's all over and you've been home for a couple of days.
