TLH: Stupid Dreams

Ok now I am freaking out. Tomorrow is my surgery for endo cancer. I had the most horrible dream. I dreamed when I woke up in recovery, dr told me didn't do the surgery. He told me the cancer was everywhere. He didn't see the point in duing the hysterectomy because I only had days to live anyway. In my dream, he told me he didn't want to waste the OR time for nothing. OMG!! I woke up sweating and crying. STUPID STUPID DREAMS!!!

Oh honey! I am so sorry! What a scary thing! I'm so sorry. Things will work out ok, and it will get better. It's a pretty scary thing to be dealing with that knowledge of cancer, but not really knowing beyond that. I can sympathize with that.

Before bed, take a bath with lavender, soothing music, and treat yourself too some lotion after, practice breathing slow and even, and reminding yourself that things will shortly be ok, and you will be whole again. Try and relax as much before you go down, and hopefully that will help your mind before you sleep to calm too.

You are bigger than this, and you will be ok. I'll be praying you feel some peace.
