Pain when walking, standing.

I'm still having pain when even walking or standing. Not overwhelming pain, just enough to make me miserable. And whiny!. I do walk quite a bit, but it hurts in my lower abdomen. Like there's a heaviness inside pushing against my lower tummy. I'm sure this is very common, but what can I do to lessen it. I feel I need to be on my feet more and walk more, but it would be easier if it hurt less. My doc cleared me today for anything but driving and sex, that "didn't hurt". If everyone goes through this, I'll just suck it up and do it. Janet

I found that using a frozen small soda bottle full of water slipped in a sock on my abdomen while I was resting helped the achy heavy feeling. A lot of women hit the "3-week Wall" and have a backslide of pain and discomfort. Please remember that even though your dr cleared you, you still need to listen to your body, don't try to push past the pain.
