so much pain

Hi sisters, I'm seven weeks post-op and I'm still having a very sharp pain in my groin muscle on my left side. Went to my doctor and he said that it was normal. It was really hurting today during work, and I could hardly stand to touch it even when I took a pain killer, it was also very swollen. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or anything similar? I feel a burning sensation every now and then there too. When I apply heat to it it burns even more. Any suggestions?

Re: so much pain

Did you have a drip pull out there. I find where they pulled it out is behind in recovery. Doesn't sound right after 7 weeks to be in so much. Hope you get it sorted. Hugs

Re: so much pain

No drip, just felt like I pulled a muscle when trying to get out of bed four weeks ago. Been burning and hurting ever since.
