No bending...so don't try to tie your own shoes
No twisting...so don't try to pop your lower back
No lifting.......so don't try to lift a bag of groceries...most
limit you to about 5 pounds for the first few weeks
No pushing....so take stool softeners so you don't have to strain to have a bowel movement, also, no pushing a grocery cart
No pulling....so don't try vaccuuming...that breaks the pushing restriction to...
No squatting...don't try to fill your pets water bowls, or anything else that would have you squatting down to the floor.
